Guarantee Details: Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, HaloidRadios.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. HaloidRadios.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at HaloidRadios.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax for shipments to New York only. If you are shipping to New York, and are a tax-exempt government agency or reseller, please contact our Customer Team to place the order without sales tax. We require a copy of your exemption certificate.

What is the condition of the products?

All products are refurbished unless otherwise clearly posted.

How do I find a specific item?

There are many ways to find a specific item at HaloidRadios.com.

  • Search for the item Model # (When searching with a model #, only include the model # and no other search terms)
  • Search for the item Code # (When searching with an item code, only include the model # and no other search terms)
  • Select the category of the item from Haloidradios.com's top navigation bar, and find the item in the category that you believe is most related to the product.
  • If you still can't find your item, or wish to request an item not offered on our site, please contact our Customer Team.
Is a certain item in stock?

Almost all of the items listed on HaloidRadios.com are in stock. However, certain items may not be available do to rapidly changing inventory. Inventory status for every item is listed in the item's description next to "Availability." However, if you wish to confirm the availability of a specific item prior to ordering, please contact our Customer Team.

My coupon code does not work

Unfortunately, many websites posted fake or unauthorized HaloidRadios.com coupon codes. If you received a coupon code directly from haloidradios.com and it does not appear to be working, please contact our Customer Team for assistance.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above $99 (applies to the United States only). For Canadian orders, please add the items to your cart to determine the shipping costs. Note, you are not obliged to purchase the items by doing this.

Why can't I add my item to my cart?

HaloidRadios.com uses cookies as part of the shopping cart to track which items our shoppers have placed in their cart. Many Internet protection programs and browsers, have built in cookie blocking features. This feature prevents our shopping cart from placing a cookie to track which items you wish to order. If you decide you can disable/adjust your software or place an order, please contact our Customer Team for assistance.

Do you offer programming?

If you need programming, we first suggest you contact your local radio dealer. If you cannot, we can hire a radio programmer to program your radios. The cost is $25 per radio. The programming is limited to 16 conventional channels unless an existing code plug file is provided. You can request programming after placing your order. Please keep in mind, that our programming vendor will not program GMRS, FRS, or MURS frequencies.

Can you provide a flash code for a radio?

Due to our velocity- and discount-selling model, we do not provide flash codes unless already posted. Our radios are sold in mixed lots and come from multiple sources. The flash codes will vary; but the radio features are guaranteed to match the online description.

Price Match Policy

It's our goal to provide you with the highest quality products at the lowest prices. If you purchase an item from Haloid, and find a competitor offering it online at a lower final price, then we will match the price, refund you the difference, AND beat the price by 10%! The competitor's final price must include all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs. Moreover, the competitor's item must be in stock, must include the same warranty, and must be in the same condition as the item you purchased. In certain cases, we might be unable to match a competitor's price, in which case you can return your item for a full refund (and we'll pay return shipping). Price Change Policy

Rest assured, if we lower the price of an item you purchased from us, we'll refund you the difference! To request a price adjustment for a past purchase, please visit our Price Adjustment Request form. Our price change policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. Please note, this policy does not apply to prices on auction or bidding sites.

Can you change the FLASHCODE of radio?

No. We cannot change the FLASHCODE of a radio. Please contact your local and authorized radio dealer for assistance with FLASHCODE changes.

Is a license required to use a radio purchased from your site?

With the exception of select license-free 900 MHz radios, everything we sell requires an FCC license (for U.S. sales) to operate. If you need help in obtaining a commercial license, we can direct you to an approved frequency coordinator that can assist you. For sales outside the U.S., please research your country's licensing requirements.
