As per federal and state law, Haloid can only collect sales tax for orders shipped to New York addresses only. There is no need to contact us for an exemption if you are outside New York State. However, if you live outside New York, you should contact your local tax official to see if tax is owed.
If you are within New York, and you have a sales tax exemption from New York State, please contact us below with the items you wish to order and your shipping information. We’ll follow up with an invoice and request a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.
