Do you offer PROGRAMMING?

If you need programming, we first suggest you contact your local radio dealer. If you cannot, we can hire a radio programmer to program your radios. The cost is $25 per radio. The programming is limited to 16 conventional channels unless an existing code plug file is provided. You can request programming after placing your order. Please keep in mind, that our programming vendor will not program GMRS, FRS, or MURS frequencies.

How much is shipping?

To find out how much shipping will cost, just add items your interested into your shopping basket. Note that in doing this, you are not obligated to purchase these products. When viewing your shopping basket, you will see an option called ‘Check Out.’ When selecting this option, you will be forwarded to the 'Shipping Information’ Page. Please enter your shipping address and shipping method, and your shipping charge will appear. After viewing your charge, select the cancel button to cancel the checkout process. Please note, we offer free shipping for all domestic orders above $50 (applies to the 48-contiguous United States only).

Holiday Return Policy

We do not have a holiday return policy. Our standard return policy applies.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal. To pay with PayPal, simply add the item(s) to your cart that you wish to purchase, and then select the "PayPal Express Checkout" on the Shopping Cart page.

What is the FLASH CODE for a radio?

Due to our velocity- and discount-selling model, we do not provide flash codes. Our radios are sold in mixed lots and come from multiple sources. The flash codes will vary; but the radio features are guaranteed to match the online description.

How do I TRACK my order?

When your order is shipped, the shipping company will assign it a tracking number. Tracking numbers are generally updated within 48 business hours of receiving your order. To find the tracking number, check your email or visit the order status page . If, for some reason, you are unable to locate your tracking number after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Team below.
