PRO Program Terms & Conditions

Haloid PRO Rewards Terms & Conditions (“Program”)

1. The program is limited to employees or agents of companies, government agencies, and other registered organizations. Individuals are not eligible for the program.
2. Eligible orders must be placed via HaloidRadios.com only. Items purchased from third-party sites are ineligible for the program.
3. A member must be enrolled in the program prior to an order, in order for that order to be eligible for the program benefits.
4. Annual spend criteria is determined on a calendar year basis and does not include orders that were made before the member enrolled in the Program.
5. Rebate rewards are calculated on a calendar year basis and issued in the January after the eligible rewards year.
6. Discounted orders, or orders with promotions in the order, are ineligible for the program.
7. Items with a unit price above $999 are not eligible for extended warranties.
8. Items with no warranties, like free items or used batteries, are ineligible for the warranty extension.
9. Batteries are excluded from the warranty extension benefit.
10. At the sole discretion of Haloid, customers that are deemed to abuse policies will be suspended from the program and their benefits will be forfeited.
