We do not offer programming for radios used as scanners as they could, if used improperly, lead to criminal charges of police impersonation. Also, keep in mind that receive-only programming on trunking networks, could violate federal computer hacking laws.
For these reasons and others, we always advise customers to not purchase radios to use as scanners, and instead get scanners. We do recognize there may be legitimate exceptions to this rule but we cannot advise on what’s a valid exception.
